Goal/Objective: Acquiring New High-Quality Depositors and Boosting Brand Visibility for Betsson FR Mobile App

Betsson onboarded our UA team by granting Adjust permission to the SpinX channel with main objective to acquire new high-quality depositors for their mobile app while increasing brand visibility in the highly competitive French online gaming market.

SpinX focused on driving not just app downloads, but users who would convert into active depositors and engage long-term.

The campaign aimed to optimize user acquisition efforts by lowering the cost of acquisition (COA) and improving conversion rates, while ensuring compliance with France’s strict gaming regulations. By utilizing targeted strategies and cross-platform promotions, the campaign sought to expand Betsson France’s reach, attract valuable customers, and maximize the app’s ROI.

Thus, we proposed bidding on each new (unique) active depositing customer we acquired from France, with no cost on installs, sign ups or redeposits.

Challenges: Intense Competition and High Acquisition Costs in the French Online Gaming Market

 The challenge lay in acquiring high-quality depositors and retaining them in a crowded market dominated by well-established brands.

The French online gaming market is highly regulated, with strict advertising laws and intense competition from well-known brands. Betsson France faced the challenge of standing out against industry giants who had larger marketing budgets and significant brand recognition.

In addition, acquiring new users for a betting app can be expensive, especially in regulated markets where advertising costs are higher, and audiences are more segmented. Betsson France needed to optimize their user acquisition strategy to lower COA while increasing depositor conversion rates.


Approach:

To overcome these challenges, SpinX created a highly targeted User Acquisition strategy aimed at users most likely to deposit money in the Betsson France app and implemented a cross-platform promotion strategy to enhance Betsson France’s brand visibility across various digital channels and reach a broader audience.
